This finely handcrafted pair of hinged handcuff huggie hoop dangle earring is composed of 14K solid gold and finished with genuine AAA quality natural real Black Diamonds on both sides of the handcuff's surface and accented with 14K black rhodium. The handcuffs are connected to one another with a durable cable chain which comes in a variety of chain length options.  Both hoops feature a secure hinged closure for the ease of taking them on and off.
