Nana Bijou Return Policy

Welcome to Nana Bijou! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these policies.

Shipping Policies

Signature Requirement:

• Orders valued over $500 will require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise requested by the customer or marked as a gift.
• If no signature is requested, Nana Bijou is not liable for lost or stolen packages. To opt out of the signature requirement, leave a note in the "Notes" section during checkout.
• FedEx Express: Packages valued over $500 cannot be shipped without a signature due to insurance policies. FedEx does not deliver to PO Box locations.

Processing Times:

• Standard orders ship within 1–5 business days, depending on the item's production time as noted in its description.
• Orders placed before 12 PM PST are processed the same day; orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
• Customized orders may take 7–10 business days to ship.

Shipping Fees:
Expedited and international shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.

Lost or Missing Packages

• Orders under $100 shipped via USPS First Class Mail are no longer insured as of 7/13/21. For insurance coverage, we recommend USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $100 coverage.
• For insured orders over $100, contact us immediately if your package is lost in transit. Insurance claims are time-sensitive, so prompt action is necessary.

Customer Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

• Complimentary Repairs: For items requiring repairs within 45 days of receipt, we offer free repairs. After 45 days, repairs may incur a fee.
• Non-refundable Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• Notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process by emailing us at returns@nanabijou.com.
• Returns received in damaged or worn condition will incur a 35% restocking fee.
• Returns must include the original packaging, be insured for the full value, and require a signature upon delivery.

Important Notes:

• All returns are subject to an 8.5% restocking fee as of 2/7/2022.
• Returns not pre-approved or missing an assigned RA# will be rejected.

Exclusions:

• Custom orders, modified pieces, and sale items are final sale.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was sent in error.

Sale Items and Discount Codes

• Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value.
• Orders using discount codes are eligible for exchange only.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
• After the 1-hour window, cancellations will incur a 25–45% restocking fee, depending on the timing of the request.

International Shipments

• Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
• International returns are accepted, but shipping fees for returning items are non-refundable.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and other methods of payment such as ShopPay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

• We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
