This finely handcrafted ear accessory is composed of 14K solid gold and genuine AAA quality round brilliant cut rubies, pink sapphires, orange sapphires, yellow sapphires, blue sapphires, emeralds & amethysts; which are hand pavé'd all the way around the cuff. This classic style ear cuff needs no piercings as it slips on and off while wrapping around helix/cartilage section of one's ear. This earring has been tried and tested to virtually fit all ear types.
